WamoboardTerms of sale and use

These terms apply when you buy and use Wamoboard, a desktop app for macOS and Windows made by VINCITUS MK S.R.L., str. Vulcan Iosif, bl. 3, sc. G, ap. 7, Bistrița, Bistrița-Năsăud, Romania (CUI 42840739, J06/656/2020) (“we”, “us”). By buying or using Wamoboard you agree to them.
1. Purchase
Wamoboard is sold through Stripe, our merchant of record. Stripe processes the payment, charges applicable taxes and sends the receipt. Your license key is sent by email right after the payment.
2. License
- When you buy Wamoboard you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for life, without a time limit. There are no recurring payments.
- One license works on macOS and Windows. A license key can be active on up to 3 computers at the same time, in any mix. You can move it by deactivating a computer in the app.
- Your license includes free updates for 1 year from the date of purchase. You can keep using the app after that, without a time limit. A future major version may be offered as a paid upgrade; the version you have keeps working.
- You may not share your license key publicly, resell it, or try to get around the license check.
3. Your content
Your boards are files on your computer. We don't receive, store or look at them. You are responsible for your content and for keeping backups.
4. Live sharing
When you share a board, other people connect directly to your computer with the invite code you give them. Only share codes with people you trust, and stop sharing when you're done.
5. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, see our refund policy.
6. Warranty and liability
We work hard to make Wamoboard reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't take away rights you already have for a license you bought.
